The Space Model Builder Mobile System (TMR) is a combination of hardware and software that increases the accuracy of smartphone or tablet PC sensors by a factor of 50-100. The solution primarily results in an increase in GPS position and direction accuracy.

TMR is a hardware that can be connected to a multisensor mobile device, which can increase the precision of the sensors of the connected mobile device and can scan and assess the visible environment in detail using photogrammetric methods. The end result is a three-dimensional space model that forms a point cloud such that each point in the point cloud has a three-dimensional absolute coordinate. The distance and exact bearing angle between the surveyed points can be measured and a plane can be determined.

With the help of the device developed by InterMap Kft. a precise digital copy can be made of the real objects, a model that can be used in a computer environment. TMR is a gap-filling solution in both the Hungarian and European markets, with which our target group is able to survey locations and outdoor objects (buildings, street furniture, works of art) three-dimensionally more cost-effectively and conveniently than all previous procedures, also to utilize the surveyed data. The Project includes the design of the prototype, the performance of the neccessary research activities, and creation and testing of the prototype. Its unsurpassed value is supported by the fact that, although solutions for similar purposes already exist, the cost, construction size and weight of the planned prototype are a fraction of the existing solutions.
